HOW TO BOOK – IMPORTANT INFORMATION

This screen allows you to make bookings for yourself or for your entire party.

  1. Enter your own name and contact details
  2. For each person in your party:
    • Enter details of the person you would like to register as requested
    • Review your entry and click on “Add booking to basket”, at the bottom of this page.
  3. If booking for more than one person, complete step 2 for each person in your party (all selections default to those of the last person you entered).
  4. When all bookings have been added to the Basket, click on View Basket (at the top of this page) to review and complete your booking. You can edit or remove bookings by following the links on the View Basket screen.
  5. Click Proceed to Checkout at the bottom of the View Basket screen make payment and complete your booking.
  6. All details will be held in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please note:
    • We may contact you or other members of your party with further information about the event programme or with important last-minute deals relating to the event.
    • If you are registering other members of your party, the information you provide on their behalf includes personal information. In particular information on dietary requirements and special access needs constitutes “special category” information under the General Protection Data Regulation.   You must be sure that you have the permission of each member of your party to provide this information before you enter their details on this form.
  7. When booking, please note:
    • Whilst every effort will be made to adhere to the event programme, individual speakers, attractions or events may change due to circumstances outside the organisers’ control.

Payments once made are not refundable and cancellations cannot be accepted.  Please consider taking out travel insurance to reimburse you for the cost of attendance and travel in circumstances where your plans unavoidably change.

    We will take special dietary requirements into account for those registered for meals or who indicate that that they wish to purchase food or beverages whilst at the venue.

    WestExe School is fully accessible, there are no reserved parking places available but at each of the adjacent car parks there are a number of disabled parking bays. These are on a first come first served basis.

    If you are a representative member, please enter the name of the society you represent.  If you are one of the Council's ex-officio members, please enter your role.   This will appear on your name badge.

    There are two “tower grab” routes as you make your way towards Exeter.  There is a small contribution required to attend these (pre-booked only) to cover tower donations.  Anyone coming by train may be able to arrange collection from a nearby station and transport around one of the routes.

    We have The Orangery at The Imperial (Wetherspoons) put aside for socialising and eating from 20:00 onwards.  There will be no formal food arrangements, you will be welcome to eat at The Orangery or make your own arrangements and join us for drinks.

    Saturday 7th September

    The Ringing World AGM and the CCCBR AGM take place at WestExe School, Hatherleigh Road, Exeter, EX2 9JUPlease note that as a school, the seating is designed for young people and is hard, plastic.  You may want to bring a cushion!

    PLEASE NOTE: No animals (except support dogs) allowed.  ABSOLUTELY no smoking/vaping within the school grounds at any time. There will also be a couple of mini rings available for your entertainment.

    A voluntary contribution will be collected on the day if you would like to make a contribution to the funding of the Touring Tower.
