HOW TO BOOK – IMPORTANT INFORMATION

This screen allows you to make bookings for yourself or for your entire party.

  1. Enter your own name and contact details
  2. For each person in your party:
    • Enter details of the person you would like to register as requested
    • Review your entry and click on “Add booking to basket”, at the bottom of this page.
  3. If booking for more than one person, complete step 2 for each person in your party (all selections default to those of the last person you entered).
  4. When all bookings have been added to the Basket, click on View Basket (at the top of this page) to review and complete your booking. You can edit or remove bookings by following the links on the View Basket screen.
  5. Click Proceed to Checkout at the bottom of the View Basket screen make payment and complete your booking.
  6. All details will be held in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please note:
    • We may contact you or other members of your party with further information about the event programme or with important last-minute details relating to the event.
    • If you are registering other members of your party, the information you provide on their behalf includes personal information. In particular information on dietary requirements and special access needs constitutes “special category” information under the General Protection Data Regulation.   You must be sure that you have the permission of each member of your party to provide this information before you enter their details on this form.
  7. When booking, please note:
    • Whilst every effort will be made to adhere to the event programme, individual speakers, attractions or events may change due to circumstances outside the organisers’ control.

Payments once made are not refundable and cancellations cannot be accepted.  Please consider taking out travel insurance to reimburse you for the cost of attendance and travel in circumstances where your plans unavoidably change.

    We will take special dietary requirements into account for those registered for meals or who indicate that that they wish to purchase food or beverages whilst at the venue.

    The Benn Hall and Arnold House are both fully accessible, there are no reserved parking places available but at The Benn Hall there are a number of disabled parking bays. These are on a first come first served basis.

    If you are a representative member, please enter the name of the society you represent.  If you are one of the Council's ex-officio members, please enter your role.   This will appear on your name badge.

    Friday 4th September

    There are three “tower grab” routes as you make your way towards Rugby.  There is a small contribution required to attend these, (pre-booked only) to cover tower donations.

    Route 1 is suitable for those travelling towards Rugby from the North, Route 2 for those travelling from the South and Route 3 for those travelling from the West. All routes merge in the town centre.

    The Ringing World AGM and the CCCBR ACM take place The Benn Hall, Newbold Road, Rugby CV21 2LN.

    PLEASE NOTE: No animals (except support dogs) allowed.  ABSOLUTELY no smoking/vaping within the buildings at any time.

    The Welcome Desk is open for collection of badges and papers and signing in for the Ringing World AGM and the CCCBR AGM at 9am.  Please indicate attendance at each event on Saturday:

    19:00 onwards at The Arnold House, Elsee Road, Rugby, CV21 3BA  – buffet available (MUST be pre-ordered).  Food choice of Mushroom & Pepper Stroganoff or Beef Bourguignonne accompanied by rice or half a baked potato, salad, coleslaw, mini breadsticks and a selection of desserts.

    N.B. Parking at the venue is restricted for disabled badge holders and event organisers, but nearby parking is available.  Arnold House is within walking distance from The Benn Hall.

    Sunday Service Ringing

    Service ringing will be arranged at local towers. Sign up is required in advance. Please indicate which tower/s you intend to support.

    There will be a special ringing themed service at the Cathedral where ringing is available BEFORE (9.30 – 10.25am) and AFTER the service (approx. 11.45am).
